Consulting Pros FZC provides digital marketing and web-related services, including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, website design, website development, and related consulting services.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, approvals, and access required for the successful delivery of services. Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.
3. Quotations and Agreements
All quotations provided by Consulting Pros FZC are valid for the period specified in the proposal. A project will commence only after written approval from the client.
4. Payments and Invoicing
Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment terms stated in the proposal or contract. Consulting Pros FZC reserves the right to suspend services in the event of overdue payments.
5. Project Delivery
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, approvals, and external factors. Consulting Pros FZC will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the final approved deliverables unless otherwise specified in writing. Consulting Pros FZC retains ownership of proprietary tools, processes, and methodologies used during service delivery.
7. Search Engine and Marketing Disclaimer
Consulting Pros FZC does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, website traffic levels, leads, sales, or advertising performance. Results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and third-party platform algorithms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Consulting Pros FZC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services. Liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or commercial information shared during the course of the project.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the business relationship by providing written notice. Any completed work and outstanding invoices up to the termination date remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
